Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for a number of years after her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. In 2009 she won four more health titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her college diploma. In October 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd in the competition. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she was on the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position within the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to be 6th place at the level of Fitness even though she not having any expectations. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, considering the competition. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel enjoys working out on her lower back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time in the most efficient way is possible. She does this by super making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lightweight day, and another days heavy weight.
